Cora Ct./Kyle Lane Properties

The Cora Ct./Kyle Lane Project has many of the same attributesPicture3 as the Blackhawk Run Development. This is 24 Town-Owned two-family Condo lots shovel ready and waiting for a qualified developer. This project is located just across the School District property from Blackhawk Run and also enjoys access to Inman Parkway, Prairie Avenue and ultimately Interstates 90/39. River Bay Estates Development

River Bay Estates is yet another development that fell victim to the Great Recession and has sat undeveloped for the Picture5last decade. This is a gorgeous, shovel ready development that sits with river frontage on the Rock River and is just off of State Highway 51.
