All lots have been provided with utilities and infrastructure and are builder friendly. The Town has just begun an aggressive incentive program to spur development in this subdivision by offering lots with Rock River frontage at half price while the available interior lots may be purchased for $1 (with certain conditions). River Bay Estates is yet another development that fell victim to the Great Recession and has sat undeveloped for the Picture5last decade.
