The Town of Beloit Fire Department is an innovative combination department which uses full-time firefighter and paramedic staff in tandem with passionate Beloit Fire DepartmentVolunteer and Paid-on-Call members. These different types of personnel from different walks of life come together to provide the best possible service to the Town and surrounding communities.

Town of Beloit Code Official

Town of Beloit, WI (Pop 7,682) is seeking a part-time Code Official to safeguard public health, safety, and general welfare by reviewing/ issuing permits and performing field inspections. Performs enforcement-related functions necessary to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Town codes and ordinances. Work involves highly independent on-site inspections of building construction and existing properties within the Town of Beloit. High School Diploma or equivalent required. UDC Inspection licenses or ability to obtain are highly desired. Two years post high school education in a construction related field desired.  Must possess and maintain valid DL.

Starting pay:  $15.00-$20.00/hr depending upon qualifications.
